Lots of service users hesitate to update to Windows 10. A few of them simply don't see the requirement to upgrade. Other service users don't feel it would deserve the threat. If their present system is working, they do not want to alter it. They prefer to keep the operating system they recognize with and understand how to use. But Microsoft is deciding to push Windows 10 on more organisation users.
