I saw part of a movie awhile back and it has been eating me alive. I need to find out the name. It was an apartment maintance man who kills/torture female tenants. The scene I saw was of another tenant (main character) searching for a neighbor who has gone missing. As she goes through the neighbors apartment calling her name we see she is no where to be found. As the searching tenant leaves the apartment the camera pans up above the bedroom door and we see the missing tenant nailed alive to the wall above the door jam.
