Why does Tom Hanks pee in all of his movies?

I feel like we watch him urinate quite a bit on Film. Cast Away, A League of Their Own, The Green Mile, The Money Pit, Apollo 13. And he talks about it in The Road To Perdition, and Forrest Gump. Kinda weird.
