Its an action movie, that features an army unit or group of mercenaries or something of that nature. They lose all their equipment or something so they end up building vehicles of destruction out of old airplane parts, I think one of the vehicles is made out of a P51 mustang. They use the vehicles to fight the enemy, I think its a military base or something.
